Growing up around the tools, Tim and James learned first-hand the value of quality workmanship and reliable service from their father & uncles, who established the Egan reputation in Victoria’s trade industry back in the 1980s.
Tradition Meets Delivery
In 2005, Tim took this family tradition forward, establishing Village Property Services and delivering dependable plumbing, electrical, and building solutions across Victoria. As the business grew, Tim joined forces with his younger brother James, reigniting the original Egan Brothers name to proudly reflect their family heritage and ongoing commitment to excellence.
